Eugene-based tango ensemble, Tangor, will be making their first Florence appearance in Kathy Parsons’ house concert series on Sunday October 30th at 3:00. The band consists of guitarist Craig Einhorn (who has performed solo concerts here several times), group founder Damien Bradley, violinist Chen-Yun Yang, and bassist Allen Regnier. The group performs authentic Argentine tango as well as alternative tango and recently did a history of tango lecture and performance at University of Oregon. At their concert here, they plan to play tangos, tango waltzes, milongas, and possibly some surprises. For more information about Tangor, visit www.tangorband.com.
