“Glimpses” is a new single from Canadian pianist/composer Bonnie Milne, an artist whose classical crossover recordings have generated more than 200,000 Spotify streams! Joining Bonnie on the piece are percussionist Dave Hewitt, cellist Kevin Fox, and violinist Drew Jurecka, all combining to create an elegant and very beautiful reflection on moments shared with family and true friends as well as the longing to re-live experiences we hoped would last forever. The piece starts with a short, slow, and very thoughtful piano solo before being joined by the cello for a sparse but very soulful duet. The violin enters a little before the halfway point in the piece, leading into a much livelier but much shorter second movement and then slowing to a dreamy end.
