David Lanz has been one of my favorite composer/pianists for more than three decades now and it's been awhile since he's released a solo piano album, so I'm really excited about this one! "Winter Sonata" has everything David's fans love about his music - it's beautifully expressive, flowing, and from the heart. It's a wonderful piece for any time of the year, but listening to it brings images of the silent grace of snow falling and light dancing on its surface as it lands on the ground. I can't wait for the sheet music!
