Review by Kathy Parsons
"Sad Reflections" is a haunting piano and cello duet by Edmond Paul Nicodemi. Nicodemi composed the piece and plays the piano and Rachel Gawell plays the cello. Slow, graceful and deeply emotional, this piece is obviously reflective of the difficult times we have been experiencing for the past year and a half and expresses a profound sense of loss as well as great sadness. It is amazing how music like this can bring about a catharsis of emotion, but can also offer a sense of empathy and a feeling of being understood. It's a beautiful duet that I'm sure many people will relate to.

Ed has released a number of solo albums and singles both solo and with his wife, singer/songwriter Carol Nicodemi. His new age piano and film score music has been heard on several television programs and his piece, "Toy Piano," can be heard in the movie, Fully Loaded.

"Sad Reflections" is both emotional and healing and is available from Amazon, Apple/iTunes and streaming sites like Spotify. There is a beautiful music video for this piece, too (link to the left of this review.).
