“Sweet Reverie” is one of three singles recently released by guitarist/composer Eric Tingstad. Where the other two are solo acoustic guitar, this one has some organ, bass guitar and percussion, too. Smooth, easy and soulful, this piece has a stronger influence from the southern “roots” styles of several of Tingstad’s albums of the last twelve years or so, making it kind of a hybrid of the new age and Americana genres. I really love the gentle warmth and comforting sounds of “Sweet Reverie” and highly recommend it!
