"Memories" is a warm and dreamy solo piano single by Kinslea Rae, a young pianist/composer with a very bright future ahead of her. Although the piece is less than two minutes long, it is her first "pure improv" and was created and recorded in one take. It is also the first piece she recorded on her new piano, so although the piece is called "Memories," Kinslea Rae obviously created a lot of new memories with this very beautiful new piece! Some of "Memories" is played at an easy waltz-tempo, but it also has passages that are more free-flowing. The piece is very light and is obviously reflecting on happy memories - a brief but very pleasant musical interlude for anyone's day!
