Review by Kathy Parsons
“Woman at the Piano” is the second single from Pam Asberry’s upcoming solo piano album which is a collection of pieces inspired by various works of art. The first was “Sunflowers,” inspired by Vincent Van Gogh, and this refers to a painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Warm, stately and overflowing with grace, Pam’s expressive touch seems to convey a sense of longing and perhaps solitude (often necessary when playing the piano freely and from the heart!). These first two tracks are exceptional and make me very anxious for the full album!

“Woman at the Piano” is available on Amazon and Apple Music/iTunes as well as many streaming services including Spotify and Pandora. Sheet music for the piece will also be available on the release date from Pam’s website. Both are highly recommended!
