"Sky Dreaming" is a new single from Ann Licater's upcoming full-length album, Echoes from the Forest, which will be released on June 20, 2025. The piece features Ann Licater on Native American-style flute, synth and vocal layers along with Peter Phippen on bass. Smooth, easy and oh so relaxing, this beautiful piece takes me to the serenity of lying on my back in a grassy open space, watching fluffy white clouds dancing slowly and gracefully in the sky. Or maybe sitting on a secluded beach watching the fog roll in over the waves. The power of music to ease stress and calm the mind always amazes me, and this piece is a perfect example. I can't wait to hear the whole album!
