“Poise” is the third single released ahead of Paul Avgerinos’ upcoming album, Balance, due out June 21, 2026. It is also the opening track on the album. Paul has won a very impressive group of awards for his music, and I predict that Balance will bring him at least a few more! “Poise” is very ambient with warm, ethereal sounds that soothe the mind and calm the nerves in these very uncertain times. Quoting Paul:

It’s very interesting to note that Paul composed and engineered the music for the album and plays piano, guitars, bass, keyboards, sings and did the sound design. Impressive!
