Review by Kathy Parsons
“Behind the Door” is the first of three flute and piano singles being released over the next few weeks featuring collaborations with flutist Sherry Finzer and pianists Lynn Tredeau, Joseph Akins, and Greg Maroney. “Behind the Door” is a slow, soulful piano and flute duet with Finzer and Tredeau that offers a short but very welcome respite from the current state of our world. Soothing and hopeful, it brings with it a welcome chance to take a deep breath and focus on the beauty of the music. Finzer and Tredeau are both award-winning artists, and their collaboration is both peaceful and up-lifting.

“Behind the Door” is available from Amazon, iTunes and various streaming sites.
