Yaacov Salah is a French pianist/composer that I ran across recently while listening to a different artist’s music online. The piece I heard was “Nocturne Travel,” a passionate solo piano single that was released in early March 2026. I have had trouble finding much information about Yaacov Salah, but his music is amazing! As far as I can tell he has released three solo piano singles in the past year, with the most recent being this one. The gently rolling broken chords on the left hand emphasize the heartfelt beauty of the melody, and I have to admit that I can’t get enough it! I have my fingers crossed that sheet music is available, too, and I’ll update this review if I find it!
