"It Mattered" is the sheet music for Suzanne Herman's beautiful 2024 solo piano single (recording) by the same name. Suzanne did the transcription and I proofed it, and I can safely say the sheet music matches the recording as close as is possible, but still leaves room for your own expressive touch and interpretation. The piece is very slow, so even though there are quite a few sixteenth and thirty-second notes, they are not fast - just flowing. The piece is in the key of A minor (0 sharps or flats in the key signature), and Suzanne added quite a bit of fingering, which is very helpful in places. It's a very expressive and emotional piece and I think most pianists at an upper-intermediate to early-advanced playing level should have little trouble mastering it with some practice.
