"Noctorno" is the first single from David Wahler's upcoming album, Collection (due out June 10, 2022). The title is a variation on "nocturne," which is defined as "a musical composition that is inspired by, or evocative of, the night." Using a combination of piano and electronic instrumentation, Wahler has created an incredibly beautiful piece of music that suggests the stillness of night when everything seems to be at rest. Soothing and very relaxing, the piece feels like it is moving on tiptoe and speaking in whispers so as not to disturb anyone or anything. Piano, keyboard, strings, and atmospheric background sounds invite the listener to let go and get lost in the music as it soothes away any tension and stress. Releases from David Wahler are always exceptional, and this single is no exception!
