“Faded Gazes” is an original solo piano single by Raffaele Scoccia, an Italian pianist/composer/producer who has called New York home for many years. Performed on a felted piano to soften the impact of the piano hammers hitting the strings and allowing some of the sounds from inside the piano to become part of the music, the emotions expressed are made somewhat more delicate and yet come through clearly and from the heart.
